How to Get More Vibrant Energy in Your Day

Part of the way to build healthier eating habits is to pay attention to the way you feel 30 minutes after you eat it.

Can you see how this leaves you with a lighter, cleaner type of feel after you eat it (as opposed to stuffing your face with fast food and take out)?

I know you can’t taste it through the email here, but it tastes really good!

It’s an Eggplant Ratatouille dish with Zucchini and Onion and Quinoa with Lentils (which gives a lighter type of feel).

Flavor and health all packed into one punch.

The really cool part is…

30-Minutes after I eat it, I don’t feel stuffed, I don’t feel groggy, and I certainly don’t feel regret.

Instead, I feel better, more vibrant, and alive!

When I used to eat fast food for lunches, I would stuff my face and fill my stomach with whatever I could eat, until I felt my stomach stretching, and got that temporary satisfying taste.

You know how it is…

But what does that actually do to you in the long run?

Not even considering the long-term ramifications on your health, how do you feel just 30 minutes after eating the big lunch?

You’re feeling groggy, that food coma, and drained until you crash.

So, with the Quinoa and Eggplant Ratatouille dishes, it leaves me with more post-lunch energy.

  • I feel Lighter.
  • I feel Cleaner.
  • I feel More Vibrant and Alive.

Which leads to increased productivity and focus on my afternoon tasks.

Less digestion means less metabolism that just destroyed the rest of my day.

And the lighter lunch leaves us room for a heartier dinner so you can finish the day off right.

There is an ancient proverb that once said:

  • If you feel good 30 minutes after you eat it, eat more of it.
  • If you feel worse 30 minutes after you eat it, stop.

While that saying is an old wise tale, it only makes sense…
